Day 29 - Cobalt Crown (Gold/Silver)

Welcome to Day 29 of the 30 Days of Design! This week has flown by and I can’t believe we only have two days left! It has been so much fun to create a brand-new design each day for all of you.

When I graduated from law school in 2003, my husband, Terry, gave me a four-inch-wide statement bracelet to mark the moment and all the hard work it took to get there. Every time I wear it, I smile because that bracelet holds an entire chapter of my life.

I think that might have been when I first fell in love with statement pieces because they have a way of taking you right back to a particular place and time.

Day 29 is most definitely a statement piece. The color and the weight, most definitely. But just the presence of it makes it impossible to miss. And based on what so many of you have chosen over the past 28 days, I have a feeling I’m not the only one who enjoys a statement piece! 

Cobalt Crown: Crown Sapphire Czech glass beads are finished with a unique Picasso treatment, giving every bead its own mix of deep cobalt and sort of a timeworn character. They’re paired with substantial, brand-new cast brass beads created exclusively for the Jill Donovan Collection.
